Description

Position Summary:

The firm is seeking an experienced human resources practitioner to join its human resources department.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Payroll Functions:

  • Handling monthly payroll for all affiliated companies and ensuring that the process proceeds correctly and on time
  • Maintaining payroll information by collecting, calculating and entering all related data
  • Submitting and ensuring accuracy of all relevant Government reports and Provident Fund reports
  • Coordinating with government agencies and employees regarding Personal Income Tax and other necessary matters
  • Managing the benefits program in the areas of Provident Fund, Social Security Fund, and Workmen Compensation
  • Assisting in the preparation of the payroll group report for the Finance and Accounting Department
  • Maintaining and updating employee’s records in the personnel files regarding transfers, promotions, resignation and other information.
  • Updating the news to the employees regarding social security, personal income tax, etc.

Other Functions:

  • Providing administrative support, technical assistance, and computer support in departmental operations
  • Coordinating with IT team to solve, implement, maintain, and improve the current HR programs
  • Coordinating in handling Visa and Work Permit for expat staff
  • Operating and updating personnel files of overseas operation in DSMS program
  • performing other duties as assigned in departmental functions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Accounting or related fields
  • At least 3 years of experience in handling payroll or compensation related reports
  • Fair command of English skills
  • Basic knowledge of personal income tax as related to both Thais and expatriates
  • Familiarity with Social Security Fund, Provident Fund, Workmen Compensation, Over Time and Others Allowance calculation processes
  • Good interpersonal skills, a service-oriented mind, problem-solving skills, consistency and deadline awareness
  • Fast response times, strong organization, orientation to detail,  and ability to perform well under pressure
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS excel
