Executive Assistant to Co-Managing Partner

Position: Executive Assistant to Co-Managing Partner
Office: Bangkok
Role: Administrative

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist and support the Co-Managing Partner; Director, Dispute Resolution Department (“DRD”) on a wide variety of tasks and projects related to the management of the DRD and the management of the firm.
  • Assume multiple administrative and executive tasks Coordinate meetings or events by securing location and making appropriate arrangements, preparing and issuing information and agendas, and processing minutes or other necessary follow through information.
  • Arrange detailed business and personal itineraries, yearly planner, and compiling relevant documents.
  • Be a center of contact for DRD client inquiries calls and coordinate with the concerned lawyers to proceed with client instruction.
  • Prepare the necessary weekly, monthly, yearly reports to support the DRD administration/operation as assigned.
  • Coordinate with other internal departments and offices.
  •  Supervise legal secretaries in the DRD.
  • Assist with recruitment for secretary positions for the DRD.
  • Organize, file, and maintain documents for required period of time as well as provide non-complex research work and prepare PowerPoint presentations in various topics.
  • Occasionally serve as an interpreter and translator from Thai-English and English-Thai.
  • Perform personal-matter-related tasks and other essential duties as assigned.


  • Require total and mutual respect, trust, faith, dedication and unquestioned loyalty, absolute honesty and confidentiality between the secretary and the boss in order for the Co-Managing Partner to function effectively
  • Good people skills, charm, tactfulness, diplomacy, maturity, and sound judgment
  • Pleasant personality, outgoing, extrovert with good communication skills
  • Good attitude, good service-mind, interpersonal skills and sense of humor
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Thai
  • Able to operate Microsoft Office and Internet Applications
  • Detail oriented, superb organizational skills, and ability to handle multitude of tasks at same time
  • Accurate typing skills
  • Good translation & interpretation skills is a plus
  • Knowledge and adeptness in information technology
