The practice area is headed by Piyanuj (Lui) Ratprasatporn, a leading Thai attorney with over 20 years of experience advising clients on how to invest, grow, acquire, merge, and trade without running afoul of the myriad of competition and antitrust laws. She is a prominent speaker and writer on investing in Thailand.
