This talk was part of a day-long seminar, approved by the Department of Business Development, focusing on Thai Labor Laws & Regulations for Expatriate Employees. Kobkit’s presentation included an overview of Thai visas, entry and immigration issues, types of businesses and licenses under the Foreign Business Act, and practical problems encountered by expatriates doing business in the Kingdom.
