In its annual rankings for 2011, The Legal 500 Asia Pacific has identified Tilleke & Gibbins as a Tier 1 IP practice in Thailand. This marks the ninth year in a row that the firm’s IP practice has received a Tier 1 ranking.

The editorial described Tilleke & Gibbins as a firm that “scores points for being connected to the ‘who’s who’ in Thai industry, which helps to provide a more commercially sensible solution.” Tilleke & Gibbins’ lawyers are described as being “friendly, knowledgeable and technically superb.”

The publication also highlighted a recent THB 100 million patent infringement civil action in which Tilleke & Gibbins represented the plaintiff.
