On February 3, Tilleke & Gibbins and the National Innovation Agency will hold a seminar on “Patent Filing Through the PCT System.” Featuring a presentation from Prateep Naboriboon, a consultant and senior patent agent at Tilleke & Gibbins, the seminar will introduce IP owners to the filing procedures through the Patent Cooperation Treaty system, including international and national phases, required documents, expenses, and expected outcomes.
