In the latest installment of our ongoing IP Lunch Talk series, Tilleke & Gibbins and the National Innovation Agency will host a seminar focused on the franchising business in Thailand and beyond. Participants in the “Exploring Franchise Business: Negotiation and Legal Perspective” event will have an opportunity to:

• Understand the goals and objectives of franchisors and franchisees
• Become aware of IP issues in the franchising context
• Learn about the legal framework for franchising in Thailand
• Gain insights into practical issues—negotiation tips, checklists, and tax implications

The discussion will be led by Alan Adcock, a partner at Tilleke & Gibbins. Alan is the author of the Thailand chapter of International Franchising and several other publications on this topic.
