Suebsiri Taweepon, a partner in Tilleke & Gibbins’ intellectual property group, was featured in a Pattaya Mail  article titled “AFG Looks at IP.” The article covered a seminar called “Challenges for Enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights in the Automotive Industry,” which was held by the Automotive Focus Group (AFG), a forum for gathering and sharing information on Thailand’s automotive industry. Suebsiri spoke at the seminar on this topic, and he discussed how difficult it is to identify fake goods, how to spot fake products, and a number of interesting case studies.
