John Frangos, a consultant in Tilleke & Gibbins’ dispute resolution group, will present on the topic “Aircraft Repossession: When It’s Time to Get Your Plane Back” at an AMCHAM seminar. John will discuss how to successfully repossess an aircraft in Thailand, from initial communications with the operator, to working through the legal elements of the repossession process, to exporting the aircraft out of the Kingdom. He will also delve into a number of practical examples and case studies.
