Attorneys Linh Thi Mai Nguyen and Loc Xuan Le were elected to the executive board of the Vietnam Intellectual Property Association (VIPA) at the association’s third-term general assembly on January 13. VIPA is the largest professional organization in Vietnam in the field on intellectual property, with over 700 members.

Mai Linh is the head of trademark for Tilleke & Gibbins’ Vietnam offices, and Loc heads the IP enforcement efforts and is a principal of T&G Law Firm LLC (TGVN), Tilleke & Gibbins’ associate firm for local IP filings in Vietnam. The two were elected to five-year terms.
