Attorneys from Tilleke & Gibbins’ active franchising practice have coauthored the Thailand chapter of International Franchising, Second Edition (Release 6), a guide to franchising law and practice in 36 countries worldwide. The firm also wrote the chapter for Vietnam.
The latest edition of the Thailand chapter, written by of counsel Sriwan Puapondh and partner Alan Adcock, covers a wide range of issues related to franchising in the kingdom, including national legislation applicable to franchising; intellectual property and licensing; trade competition; franchisor security; taxation; dispute resolution; and franchise termination.
International Franchising is published by Juris Publishing and edited by the Center for International Legal Studies, an Austrian-based law research, training, and teaching institute that promotes and disseminates knowledge among members of the international legal community.
