Experts from Tilleke & Gibbins’ franchising practice have contributed the Vietnam chapter to International Franchising, Second Edition (Release 6), a guide to franchising law and practice in 36 countries in North and South America, Europe, Asia, and Africa. The firm also provided the chapter for Thailand.

The Vietnam chapter provides a look at the current state of franchising in the country, and an overview of the legal framework for franchising under Vietnamese law, including issues related to intellectual property, tax, dispute resolution, and alternatives to franchising.

International Franchising is published by Juris Publishing and edited by the Center for International Legal Studies, an Austrian-based law research, training, and teaching institute that promotes and disseminates knowledge among members of the international legal community.
