The strength of Tilleke & Gibbins’ regional trademark practice was recognized in Managing Intellectual Property’s annual trademark rankings, a component of the magazine’s highly regarded IP Stars guide to the world’s top intellectual property law firms. The 2020 edition of the trademark rankings, released in mid-March, placed Tilleke & Gibbins in the top tier in two countries, with the firm’s full rankings as follows:

• Thailand – Tier 1 prosecution, Tier 1 contentious
• Vietnam – Tier 1 (combined category including prosecution and contentious)
• Indonesia – Tier 3 prosecution, Tier 3 contentious

In addition, Tilleke & Gibbins was “Recommended” (the highest ranking available) for intellectual property, a general category, in Cambodia.
