On September 16, Tilleke & Gibbins, in collaboration with online market intelligence platform ChemLinked, presented the opening session of the Southeast Asia cosmetic regulations webinar series, titled “How to Export Cosmetics to Indonesia.”

In the session, Irene Djalim, manager of Tilleke & Gibbins’ regulatory affairs practice in Jakarta, provided an overview of the regulatory landscape for cosmetics registration in Indonesia, covered procedures and requirements for cosmetics registration, addressed advertisement controls, and discussed practical considerations for cosmetic operators looking to export products to Indonesia.
