Acted as legal advisor to Chuwit Farm (2019) Public Company Limited (BKK:CFARM) on all legal aspects of its IPO and listing on Thailand’s Market for Alternative Investment (“MAI”), with its first day of trading commencing on June 6, 2024.

Santhapat Periera and Pongnut Mengkred led the Tilleke & Gibbins team for this matter and were retained by Chuwit Farm PCL’s key shareholders from the initial planning stages of the transaction all the way through to the successful IPO and listing on the MAI. At the outset, the team advised on and assisted with the amalgamation of four group companies into a single entity in advance of the combined company’s planned IPO and listing. Following the combination, the team assisted with all corporate and legal matters for its corporate/shareholder reorganization, conversion, listing, and IPO filing.

Chuwit Farm PCL currently has eight broiler farms in Thailand capable of producing approximately 16 million chickens per year, which are supplied to some of the country’s leading food manufacturers. The funds raised via the IPO are expected to enable sustainable expansion and optimization.
