Tuan Le Ngo is a patent executive based in the Hanoi office, with particular expertise in the electrical, electronic, mechanical, and telecommunications fields. In his daily practice, he helps multinational clients with filing and prosecuting patent applications in Vietnam and with drafting and translating patent specifications.
Tuan holds an engineering degree from the Hanoi University of Science and Technology and, before pursuing a career in IP law, spent three years as an engineer for one of Vietnam’s top automation companies, designing and installing electrical, electronic, and automation system for factories. This practical experience helps him understand the issues faced by applicants for electrical and mechanical patents, and determine the optimal solutions. In addition to his engineering degree, Tuan has a degree in law, and has completed several intellectual property training courses.
