Hang Thi Nguyen is a trademark executive in the firm’s Vietnam intellectual property group. With more than a decade of experience in the IP space, Hang is skilled in virtually all matters concerning trademarks, including conducting preliminary searches to evaluate registrability; advising on adoption and selection of new trademarks; filing and prosecuting trademark applications; and handling oppositions, cancellations, and appeals.
A licensed IP agent, Hang has completed specialized training courses offered by the Japan Patent Office and the WIPO Worldwide Academy. Before joining Tilleke & Gibbins, Hang worked in the patent and trademark divisions of a local Vietnamese firm.
