Anyamani Yimsaard is an associate in Tilleke & Gibbins’ dispute resolution group in Bangkok. She handles a wide range of litigation in both civil and criminal matters, including money laundering, probate, product liability, trade secrets, construction, logistics, and white-collar crime disputes. In addition to civil and criminal matters, she also helps resolve disputes concerning tax, administrative law, and constitutional law. Together with other members of the firm’s customs and international trade team, she also advises clients on customs disputes concerning duties, tariffs, and privileges under bilateral and international trade agreements.
Anyamani is experienced in both traditional and alternative dispute resolution. She provides prelitigation advice to clients, both when helping to ensure that clients are thoroughly prepared to move ahead with their cases and achieve success at trial and when helping clients enter into favorable pretrial settlements. She also assists clients in international arbitration, having represented clients before the ICC International Court of Arbitration and the Thai Arbitration Institute.
Anyamani received her LLB from Thammasat University and graduated with an LLM in Transnational Arbitration and Dispute Settlement from Sciences Po Law School in Paris, France. She has also completed the constitutional and administrative law training program organized by Tilleke & Gibbins and led by esteemed academics, former judges, and other accomplished legal practitioners in Thailand.
In addition, Anyamani has completed the Thai Arbitration Institute (TAI) arbitration program organized in conjunction with Thammasat University, and she is qualified as a TAI arbitrator. On the international level, she has completed the SIAC Academy’s “A Typical Arbitration Proceeding: Written Advocacy” course.
Anyamani is a member of the Thai Bar Association and the Lawyers Council of Thailand.
