Panupong Thamthavorn is an associate in Tilleke & Gibbins’ intellectual property group in Bangkok. Panupong holds considerable knowledge in trademark matters. He is skilled at preparing reports for the Board of Trademarks, devising strategies to successfully register marks, monitoring published marks for opposition, and handling trademark cancellations, among many other procedures. Panupong manages the trademark portfolios for numerous leading companies around the world, assisting them with domestic trademark prosecutions. With his sharp, strategic prowess, Panupong is also closely involved in the firm’s pre-litigation and litigation cases, providing clients with effective means to protect their trademark rights.
Panupong successfully completed advanced IP training courses at the Central Intellectual Property and International Trade Court and the Lawyers’ Council of Thailand. He is a member of the Thai Bar Association.
