Kitiya is an associate in Tilleke & Gibbins’ intellectual property team. Kitiya advises on the registration and protection of trademarks across multiple jurisdictions. This includes advice on adoption and selection of new trademarks; filing and prosecuting applications to register trademarks; handling trademark oppositions, revocations, invalidations, and assignments; conducting trademark searches and related assessments; and trademark infringement matters. Kitiya also has extensive knowledge of licensing, brand identity, and copyright issues.
As the holder of a law degree and a Master of Management from two of Thailand’s top universities, Kitiya is able to identify and address her clients’ business needs, as well as their legal requirements.
