Panida Tongwattana is an associate in Tilleke & Gibbins’ intellectual property department. Panida manages the trademark portfolios of leading multinational companies, and she advises on the full range of trademark matters including trademark searches, registration, protection, infringement, and assessing registrability. Panida also provides pre-litigation advice to ensure that her clients are thoroughly prepared to move ahead with their cases before Thailand’s Board of Trademarks and the Intellectual Property and International Trade Court.
Panida is a member of the Lawyers Council of Thailand and the Thai Bar Association. She is also registered as a Notarial Service Attorney. Panida has also completed the Advanced Intellectual Property Law: International Practice and Intellectual Property Litigation course at the Institute of Legal Education, Thai Bar Association.
