Giang Thu Huong Vu is a patent executive with T&G Law Firm LLC (TGVN), a licensed law firm and IP agent that partners with Tilleke & Gibbins for local filings in Vietnam.
With more than 15 years of experience prosecuting patent applications in the biological and chemical fields from pre-filing to post-granting stages, Giang is particularly skilled in drafting specifications for Vietnamese patents, translating English specifications into Vietnamese, and searching and advising on patentability of technical solutions in Vietnam. Giang graduated from the Hanoi University of Technology as one of the top four students of the Institute of Biological and Food Technology. Before joining TGVN, she headed the patent division of one of Vietnam’s largest domestic IP firms.
