Andrew Stoutley is the chief operating officer of Tilleke & Gibbins, where he is responsible for overseeing the firm’s business services functions across Southeast Asia. Focusing on the firm’s strategic growth initiatives, he leads collaborative, innovative teams in the areas of human resources, information technology, knowledge management, marketing and business development, office and facilities, records and risk management, and translation. With a relentless focus on continuous improvement, Andrew is committed to optimizing the firm’s people, processes, and technology in order to ensure efficient, effective client services by the firm’s attorneys.

As a passionate advocate for digital transformation in the legal sector, Andrew is a founding board member of the ASEAN LegalTech Association, a platform connecting legal technology pioneers, thought leaders, and enthusiasts to promote and build the legaltech ecosystem in the Southeast Asian markets. He has also served in leadership roles on the COO and Executive Directors' Committee, the LegalTech Steering Group, and the Marketing and Business Development Committee of Lex Mundi, the world’s leading network of independent law firms.
