As the director of the Tilleke & Gibbins human resources department at the firm’s head office in Bangkok, Phet Wongwan oversees all aspects of the department's functions, including talent acquisition, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and employee relations. She serves as a key business advisor within the firm by ensuring that we are hiring and developing the most talented lawyers and other professionals within the legal field in Southeast Asia, while providing strategic and tactical planning, development, evaluation, and coordination of the delivery of best-in-class human resources practices. She oversees the work of a team of human resources professionals, guiding them to ensure that they contribute meaningfully to implementing the firm’s strategy and vision for providing excellent client service.

She is also responsible for management of all office and facilities services as well as renovation, engineering design, and space planning, implementing good business practices, preventing disruptions in business activities, implementing safety standards, and ensuring an optimal working environment.

In addition, she oversees the firm’s online practice management system, leads business process improvement, and works closely with business stakeholders to shape business processes and structures.

Phet earned a bachelor’s degree in English from Ramkhamhaeng University and a master’s in management from Mahidol University’s College of Management.
