Rina Sinaga is a registered intellectual property consultant in Tilleke & Gibbins' Jakarta office. She assists domestic and international clients on a range of trademark matters, including searches, registration, prosecution, recordal of changes/assignments, oppositions, cancellations, renewals, watch services, and coexistences. She is also involved in advisory opinions, negotiations, trademark protection strategies, and the commercialization of clients' IP assets through agreements and franchising.

Rina previously worked at a number of leading law firms in Indonesia for several years, and is experienced in trademark and dispute resolution matters. She is a member of PERADI (the Indonesian Bar Association), and she is a registered IP consultant.
