Thanapoom Siripatcharotorn is an associate in Tilleke & Gibbins’ intellectual property group in Bangkok, where his practice focuses mostly on trademark prosecution. He regularly assists domestic and international clients in preparing and filing Thai trademark applications through national and international trademark registration channels. He is also responsible for providing legal advice for amendments to lists of goods, appeals, and recordal of changes.

Prior to becoming a consultant, Thanapoom was a paralegal with the firm for several years, responsible for drafting reports and summarizing Board of Trademarks’ decisions in trademark registration, opposition, and cancellation matters. Thanapoom holds an LLB and a BA in Public Administration from Chulalongkorn University. He is fluent in Thai and English, and is also conversant in Japanese.
