Chariyaphon Vachanavuttivong is a consultant in the intellectual property group of Tilleke & Gibbins in Bangkok, where her practice focuses on intellectual property and information technology matters. She advises both domestic and international clients across various industries on a range of trademark matters, including registration, searches, office actions, and analysis of objections. She also helps clients take full advantage of their intellectual property rights by assisting them with copyright and trademark enforcement and commercialization matters.

Chariyaphon graduated with an LLB from the University of Exeter and obtained an LLM in Intellectual Property Law from University College London. She has native proficiency in Thai and English, and wide-ranging legal knowledge of law in both civil- and common-law jurisdictions, including Thailand, the UK, the EU, and the US.
