Phusiya Suksiri is an associate in the intellectual property department at Tilleke & Gibbins in Bangkok. She assists local and international clients with patent and design patent applications, and provides support for the patent registration process. This entails advising clients on patent specifications and application wording, assisting with matters such as response to office actions for patent examiner inquiries, conducting patent and design patent searches, and undertaking other tasks requiring close coordination with Thailand’s Department of Intellectual Property to facilitate successful registration and maintenance of patents. Phusiya also helps clients in a wide range of industries protect their innovations by filing appeals, oppositions, and cancellations so that they can maximize the benefits they receive from their intellectual property.

Phusiya obtained her LLB from Thammasat University, where she won multiple national-level moot court competitions and represented Thailand at the international level. Phusiya is fluent in Thai and English.
