- Reviewed corporate documentation and agreements (e.g., share transfer agreements, lease agreements, concession agreements, power purchase agreements, etc.) related to power projects with companies located in Laos as part of legal advice and assistance for major Thai and Chinese lenders.
- Advised major Thai and Chinese banks and financial institutions, leasing companies, and insurance companies in Laos, and reviewed relevant financial agreements (e.g., loan agreements, guarantee agreements, share pledge agreements, agreements creating security over immovable assets, assignment agreements, etc.) related to their planned operations in Laos.
- Conducted due diligence for companies in the power, rubber, and other industries in Laos on behalf of underwriters for listing on the Stock Exchange of Thailand, which entailed share acquisition activities and corporate debt restructuring.
- Reviewed bond documents for the joint overseas issuance of bonds by a power company and the government of Laos, including notarization of the bond documents with the Ministry of Justice and registration of the documents with the Ministry of Finance.
