Supawadee Thananearamitkun is an associate in Tilleke & Gibbins’ corporate and commercial department in Bangkok. Highly regarded as a legal and tax adviser in Thailand, Supawadee is a key contributor to Tilleke & Gibbins’ regional tax practice and regularly assists clients by sharing her deep knowledge and experience in legal and tax matters.
Within the Tilleke & Gibbins’ tax team, Supawadee is especially adept at advising companies on corporate structuring in relation to mergers and acquisitions, regulatory and tax strategies for market entry, major business transactions, and day-to-day business. Supawadee has experience working with clients from a wide range of industries, including energy, oil and gas, retail, and manufacturing, to optimize their corporate structure for greatest efficiency.
