Biography
Duc Minh Pham is an associate with the Tilleke & Gibbins corporate and commercial team, based in the Ho Chi Minh City office. Duc regularly advises clients, including foreign investors and Vietnamese companies, on their daily legal issues, and assists with contract review and licensing procedures. He also assists in M&A transactions, handling legal due diligence on target companies and drafting and reviewing transaction documents. Duc is a licensed lawyer and a member of the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association.
