Duong Duy Nguyen is a senior associate in the corporate and commercial group of Tilleke & Gibbins’ Ho Chi Minh City office. He advises multinational corporations with implementing their business plans in Southeast Asian markets and helps clients navigate cross-border matters such as overseas listings and multi-jurisdictional dispute resolution. Duong has expertise in foreign investment, mergers and acquisitions, banking, and crypto.

Prior to joining Tilleke & Gibbins, Duong worked for eight years in the Corporate and M&A practice at one of Vietnam’s top domestic law firms. He has also worked at a premier Japanese law firm in Osaka as well as the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois (U.S.). Duong is a U.S.-qualified attorney (State Bar of Illinois) and a registered foreign lawyer in Vietnam.
