Duong Duy Nguyen is a senior associate in the corporate and commercial group of Tilleke & Gibbins’ Ho Chi Minh City office. Duong has expertise in advising on international corporate law and practice. Duong’s areas of practice include foreign investment and corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, banking, and crypto. He assists multinational corporations with implementing their business plans in Southeast Asian markets, and has helped local companies navigate cross-border matters such as overseas listings.

Prior to joining Tilleke & Gibbins, Duong worked for eight years in the Corporate and M&A practice at one of Vietnam’s top domestic law firms. He has also worked at a premier Japanese law firm in Osaka as well as the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois (U.S.). He is admitted to the State Bar of Illinois and a registered foreign lawyer in Vietnam.
