Karnravee Jitvilai is an associate in Tilleke & Gibbins’ corporate and commercial group in Bangkok, where she provides expert advice and assistance to both domestic and international clients on various corporate legal matters, including corporate services, company formation, and data protection. With her extensive experience in corporate matters, Karnravee is a versatile practitioner with the knowledge and expertise to assist leading companies in executing successful strategies.
Karnravee also works with enterprises and entrepreneurs across a range of industries regarding foreign direct investment and licensing in Thailand, which includes obtaining foreign business licenses and investment promotion from Thailand's Board of Investment, as well as handling related legal compliance matters.
Prior to joining Tilleke & Gibbins, Karnravee worked at the Bangkok office of one of the world's largest professional audit firms. She earned an LLB from Chulalongkorn University and is a member of the Lawyers Council of Thailand.
- Provided expert advisory services to an international consumer goods company on establishing a corporate presence in Thailand, assisted with obtaining related licenses, and prepared the company’s application for investment promotion and incentives from Thailand's Board of Investment.
