Rada Lamsam is an associate in Tilleke & Gibbins’ corporate and commercial department in Bangkok, where she advises local and multinational companies across a range of industries on various technology and digital asset matters in Thailand. Her background and expertise in personal data protection laws also help businesses comply with Thailand’s data protection regulations and avoid associated risks.

Rada is highly experienced in advising clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, from advanced technologies such as e-commerce platforms and cybersecurity to traditional business transactions and regulatory compliance. By leveraging her expertise, she helps businesses carry out their operations and pursue their strategic goals in full compliance with Thai law.

Prior to joining Tilleke & Gibbins, Rada worked for several years as an associate at a Thailand-based law firm handling mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, and assorted data privacy matters. She holds an LLB from Chulalongkorn University, an LLM from Duke University, and an LLM in Law, Technology, and Entrepreneurship from Cornell University (Cornell Tech). She is fluent in English and Thai and is an extraordinary member of the Thai Bar Association. She also holds a Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E) qualification recognized by the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
