Sireethorn is an associate in Tilleke & Gibbins’ corporate and commercial group in Bangkok. She provides legal advice and assistance to both domestic and international clients on a variety of corporate legal matters, including regulatory compliance under Thai law, insurance-related matters, and fintech and technology law. She also assists clients by reviewing, drafting, and advising on commercial agreements and general business-related contracts.
Before joining Tilleke & Gibbins, Sireethorn specialized in maritime and insurance matters for a local law firm in Bangkok. She also served as legal counsel at a distinguished Japanese trading company, providing legal support and assistance across food and retail, steel, mobility, minerals and metals, and consumer-centric business development.
Sireethorn holds an LLB from Chulalongkorn University and is a member of the Lawyers Council of Thailand. With her strong background and diverse experience, Sireethorn is well-equipped to provide precise and effective legal solutions to clients.

- Represented various international liner services in handling cargo claims arising from the carriage of goods in reefer containers, and lodged claims against shippers and consignees for outstanding demurrage and detention charges. This involved preparing investigations, case analyses, reports, and evaluations of the merits of claims to determine optimal courses of action.
