Vu Thien Tran is a senior associate in the Tilleke & Gibbins corporate and commercial group. Based in the Ho Chi Minh City office, Vu’s practice focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, and real estate matters, as well as dispute resolution. With his developed expertise in share transactions, real estate deals, and corporate and financing issues, Vu offers expert advice and assistance to local and international banks, foreign investors, and leading domestic companies doing business in Vietnam.

Prior to joining Tilleke & Gibbins, Vu spent more than eight years in the corporate/M&A and banking and finance practice at one of Vietnam’s top domestic law firms. He is a member of the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association.
