Rujaporn Paritsantik is an associate in Tilleke & Gibbins’ corporate and commercial group in Bangkok, where she assists clients with a wide range of legal and regulatory needs relating to fintech and technology. Rujaporn provides multinational and domestic companies with strategic advice on company establishment and governance, payment systems, e-commerce, data protection, and other issues.

Prior to joining Tilleke & Gibbins, Rujaporn worked for Thailand’s Securities and Exchange Commission, where she oversaw legal compliance of publicly traded companies in Thailand. Rujaporn was also an associate in a regional law firm, handling foreign direct investment, data privacy and e-payment matters.

Rujaporn holds an LLM from Columbia Law School and an LLB from Chulalongkorn University. She is a member of the Thai Bar Association and the Lawyers Council of Thailand.
