Natcha Rattaphan is an associate in Tilleke & Gibbins’ corporate and commercial team in Bangkok. She specializes in a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, such as company establishment, restructuring, M&A projects, issues related to the Foreign Business Act, real estate, and commercial contracts. Clients with operations in Thailand rely on Natcha’s strategic advice and assistance to help them achieve their business goals in the country.
Prior to joining Tilleke & Gibbins, Natcha worked with a leading law firm in Bangkok, advising foreign and domestic clients in luxury goods, hospitality, transportation, IT consulting, banking and finance, and various other industries.
Natcha graduated with an LLB and an LLM in Business Law from Thammasat University. She is a member of the Lawyers Council of Thailand and the Thai Bar Association and is a barrister-at-law certified by the Thai Bar Association.
- Advised high-end fashion and beauty brands on commencing, operating, and expanding business operations as foreign majority-owned entities in Thailand in compliance with the Foreign Business Act.
- Assisted a global transportation and logistics company in a merger and acquisition project by implementing the required legal steps and preparing all legal documents for the entire business transfer, company dissolution, and tax exemption benefits.
- Assisted international hotel groups in conducting land due diligence, executing hotel management and other relevant agreements, and obtaining the required licenses for operating a hospitality business in Thailand.
- Represented clients in negotiating, reviewing, and preparing all required documents for registration of long-term lease agreements and advised on related legal issues.
- Represented a cross-border financial company in applying for the required license for providing financial services in Thailand and prepared the required agreements and documentation for the business operations.
