Patricia is an associate in Tilleke & Gibbins’ corporate M&A department in Bangkok. She works with domestic and international clients on a wide range of corporate legal matters, including company formation and dissolution, shareholding structure, internal restructuring, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and legal due diligence. Additionally, she advises and assists foreign-owned companies in obtaining a foreign business license and other relevant industry-specific licenses.

Prior to joining Tilleke & Gibbins, Patricia worked at one of Thailand’s largest law firms, where she specialized in international trade law. Patricia holds an LLM in Corporation Law from the New York University School of Law and an LLB from Thammasat University.
