Pichakorn Thanakittisub is an associate in Tilleke & Gibbins’ intellectual property department in Bangkok. Pichakorn assists a wide range of clients with trademark and other intellectual property needs, including the preparation, filing, amendment, disclaimer, and renewal of trademark applications. She also conducts market surveys and liaises with Thailand’s Department of Intellectual Property on behalf of clients.

In addition to her activities helping brand owners secure their valuable trademark rights, Pichakorn helps her clients commercialize their valuable intellectual assets, often relying on her expertise in various legal areas, including real estate, trade, tax, and other practices. Her strong research and analysis skills further enable her to provide clients with innovative and well-informed advice on potential business strategies associated with intellectual property.

Pichakorn holds an LLB from Chulalongkorn University, where she focused on business and tax law.
