Prior to joining Tilleke & Gibbins, Jeeranant gained valuable experience at another prominent law firm in Bangkok. She holds an LLB from Chulalongkorn University and is a member of the Lawyers Council of Thailand. She is also a notarial service attorney licensed by the Lawyers Council of Thailand and has completed the barrister-at-law requirements from the Thai Bar Association.

- Drafted and reviewed various types of transaction agreements, including share purchase, share subscription, and shareholders’ agreements, as well as other commercial contracts including terms of use, lease agreements, supply agreements, sale and purchase agreements, tripartite agreements, collaboration agreements, and service agreements.
- Represented a listed company in connection with the acquisition of shares in a holding company, utilizing an entire business transfer (EBT) mechanism; this involved facilitating the transaction by issuing new shares in the listed company to a private-placement investor, structured as a share swap.
- Provided comprehensive legal advice to clients engaged in the development of real estate, manufacturing, and hospitality businesses, which entailed advising on matters related to property transfer and acquisition, town planning laws, construction restrictions, and legal compliance with hotel and environmental regulations.
