Kasidit Pimsakul is an associate in the intellectual property group of Tilleke & Gibbins’ Bangkok office. Kasidit provides counsel to local and international clients on IP protection and enforcement in Thailand, including trademark and patent applications, appeals before the Trademark Board, and litigation in Thailand’s Intellectual Property and International Trade (IP&IT Court). His practice encompasses assisting multinational and domestic companies with strategic IP management, enforcement actions, and negotiation with government agencies and opposing parties.

Kasidit holds an LLM in Intellectual Property from the University of Washington School of Law, an LLM from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, and an LLB from Thammasat University. He is a licensed Thai attorney.
