Wisanlaya Dungkhuntod is an associate in the intellectual property department at Tilleke & Gibbins in Bangkok, where she primarily focuses on patent prosecution and other patent-related matters.

A dedicated practitioner, Wisanlaya provides comprehensive support to multinational and domestic companies on a diverse range of patent registration matters in Thailand. Her responsibilities include filing patent and design applications, responding to office actions, and conducting patent searches, patentability assessments, and freedom-to-operate analyses. She also handles the preparation, drafting, and review of patent specifications.

Prior to joining Tilleke & Gibbins, Wisanlaya worked as an IP specialist in the Bangkok office of a leading Asian IP firm and completed internships with the United States Patent and Trademark Office and Thailand’s Department of Intellectual Property.

Wisanlaya earned her LLB from Chulalongkorn University and is a licensed member of the Lawyers Council of Thailand.
