Noppramart Thammateeradaycho Appointed to the ICC Thailand Commission on Competition

Noppramart Thammateeradaycho, a counsel in Tilleke & Gibbins’ dispute resolution practice, has been appointed to the Commission on Competition of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in Thailand.

As the only legal professional on the commission, Noppramart will provide important insight for businesses navigating the landscape of Thai competition law. This is particularly important now, as the Thai government’s Trade Competition Commission begins to act on new regulations and looks to take a more proactive posture in regulating the Trade Competition Act. Noppramart’s expertise in the area of competition—especially in terms of litigation and arbitration—will be a valuable asset to ICC Thailand and Thai businesses looking to remain fully compliant with the competition regulatory environment.

ICC Thailand was founded in 1999 when the nation’s leading industry players came together to establish a national chapter of the global business organization. ICC Thailand promotes free and fair international trade and investment by supporting Thai business at home and abroad. They enable cross-border business networking and present the concerns of the local business community on an international level through intergovernmental organizations and the ICC International Headquarters.
