Suebsiri Taweepon Speaks at the 2011 JPAA IP Practitioners Seminar in Manila, Philippines

On February 28, 2011, Suebsiri Taweepon, Attorney-at-Law, Intellectual Property, presented on Thailand’s IP regime at the 2011 JPAA IP Practitioners Seminar at the New World Makati City, Manila Hotel in the Philippines. Speaking on a panel with practitioners from Japan and the Philippines, Suebsiri presented case studies on market entry and IP protection for products in Thailand.  

Hosted by the Japan Patent Attorneys Association, the two-day seminar featured experts from throughout the region. Yamato Tsutsui, President, Japan Patent Attorneys Association, stated, “As the value of Japanese intellectual property rights owned by Asian entities continues to grow, this two-day seminar [was] especially designed to provide intellectual property practitioners in the Asian region up-to-date information of immediate, practical use.”
