Tilleke & Gibbins and its Affiliates and Partner Firms (collectively, “Tilleke & Gibbins” or the “Firm”), like many other reputable international law firms, have been the target of scams where perpetrators use the name of our Firm, our lawyers, and/or our employees in fraudulent emails and other communications.

These fraudulent communications can take many forms, including emails, letters, text messages, phone calls, or other forms of communication, and usually request personal or confidential information, payment, or both, from the recipient.

We are aware of fraudsters using domain names similar to ours to impersonate our Firm, lawyers, and other employees. Please note that genuine emails from Tilleke & Gibbins use only the “@tilleke.com” domain, while genuine emails from our Partner Firm T&G Law Firm LLC use only the “@tgvn.com” domain. We do not use Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, or other email addresses.

You should exercise caution if you receive any unexpected or unusual emails or other communications purporting to be from Tilleke & Gibbins. We recommend that you delete scam emails and messages and do not respond to or click on any links embedded in them.

If you receive any communication purporting to be from Tilleke & Gibbins that you believe may be fraudulent, or if you wish to confirm the authenticity of any communication, please get in touch with your usual contact at Tilleke & Gibbins or send an email to [email protected] before replying or taking further action.

While we cannot prevent these fraudulent communications from occurring, we will undertake all reasonable steps to identify the perpetrators and will report all such scams to local regulatory authorities, as and when appropriate.
