Alan Adcock, a partner and deputy director of Tilleke & Gibbins intellectual property and regulatory affairs groups, will be joining a panel on “Accessing the World’s Largest Market,” part of the Licensing Executives Society (LES) Asia Pacific 2017 Conference, which will be held during May 9-12 at the Melbourne Cricket Ground. The event will be a gathering of leading IP lawyers and business leaders from across the region.
As a leading patent and trade secret lawyer, Alan will be discussing legal and business issues related to the licensing of technology across borders in Asia Pacific, with a focus on Thailand and the licensing requirements specific to the country. He will be sharing his extensive experience in IP acquisitions, strategic structuring, technology transfer, and IP licensing across a range of diverse sectors. Alan will be joined by other prominent IP practitioners from Australia, China, Hong Kong, Korea, and Singapore.
