On November 12, 2019, Alan Adcock, partner and deputy director of Tilleke & Gibbins’ intellectual property practice, will speak on investing in Thailand at the China Business Law Journal (CBLJ) Forum 2019 in Shanghai. The will presentation cover a broad range of activities related to doing business in Thailand, such as business setup and employment, merger and acquisition activity, and local procedures for dispute resolution. It aims to give Chinese and other foreign investors an understanding of how they can initiate and conduct business operations in Thailand.
Also representing Tilleke & Gibbins at the event are Santhapat Periera, partner in the firm’s corporate and commercial group, and Zac Robinson, manager of business development. The conference is organized by the CBLJ in conjunction with the Shanghai International Arbitration Center, Benchmark Chambers International, and the Shanghai Equity Exchange Center.
