Tilleke & Gibbins’ regional trade and competition team was engaged by a Chinese multinational electronics company to prepare a comprehensive overview of the local regulatory frameworks applicable to antitrust and competition law in Myanmar, Thailand, and Vietnam. Since the client was also seeking advice in Malaysia and the Philippines, we coordinated the project with fellow Multilaw and Lex Mundi member firms in each respective jurisdiction to complete the full regional project.
