Cynthia M. Pornavalai, a partner in Tilleke & Gibbins’ corporate and commercial group and head of the firm’s regional energy and infrastructure practice, has been invited to speak at “Thailand’s Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) Infrastructure Development Project Conference 2018.”
The conference will feature presentations and panels on national infrastructure development in Thailand and its implications for ASEAN, and will be joined by numerous experts from the academic, energy, engineering, environment, consulting, insurance, technology, and transportation sectors.
Cynthia’s presentation will provide attendees with high-level background on the EEC before focusing on the Thai government’s support for the renewable energy aspects of the project, including its Power Development Plan (2015-2036), Alternative Energy Development Plan (2015-2036), feed-in tariff, Board of Investment incentives, and ESCO Fund.
